Cost control specialist

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Controlling contracts with customers and partners;

- Controlling information, contract value, payment terms;

- Controlling project costs

- Controlling project costs according to the approved budget including: Material costs, Construction costs, Other costs, ...

- Preparing internal cost settlement reports for each project

- Controlling risks, warning and providing solutions to prevent losses without affecting the project's operations.

- Building and controlling company procedures, forms

- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department/CEO

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree, major in Construction or Construction Economics;

- At least 2 years of experience;

- Preference for candidates with good English communication skills;

- Communication, negotiation skills, building good relationships;

- Hardworking, diligent, and have a progressive spirit.
