QA/QC Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Inspect and control the quality of construction execution, following the established procedures; maintain regular and continuous checks and supervision on the construction site. 2. Develop a periodic training program on quality management and organize training for the project management team, engineers, project management staff, and workers to ensure compliance with quality management processes, technical standards, and specifications. 3. Analyze and evaluate quality, assess risks in construction to propose improvements in construction methods and enhance quality. 4. Review and assess the quality requirements of the investor and implement internal quality management measures that meet the investor's and company's requirements. 5. Execute according to contract terms, enforce penalties against individuals and organizations that violate quality management. 6. Report daily construction implementation to the site manager, plan weekly and monthly construction for assigned items. 7. Manage volume, quantify work, and prepare quality documentation. 8. Work related to acceptance records, payment for quantities with the investor and subcontractors. 9. Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and completion drawings. 10. Work with the supervising consultants to present input material documents to suppliers and approve relevant project drawings. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. University graduate in CONSTRUCTION. 2. Minimum of 1 year experience in QAQC. 3. Knowledge: Proficient in specialized software such as Autocad, MS Office, MS Project, G8, etc. 4. Teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure when handling multiple projects simultaneously, communication skills, and calm demeanor. 5. Good health, hardworking, ready to work overtime when required. 6. Project located in Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City. BENEFITS 1. Salary: 12 – 16 million VND. 2.
