Zone A1 belongs to the Ho Tram Complex Entertainment Tourism Area (Maia Resort Ho Tram).

On the morning of October 21, 2025, at the Ho Tram complex entertainment resort, HUDECO E&C Joint Stock Company officially commenced the A1 – Maia Resort Ho Tram Project, invested by Ho Tram Project LLC. This is not just an important milestone but also a testament to the spirit of conquest and the desire to create works bearing the mark of HUDECO E&C on the journey of sustainable development. Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Deputy Director of Hudeco E&C (Labor Head of the project), the project management board along with staff of the HUDECO E&C system also participated in organizing and celebrating the Groundbreaking Ceremony. The ceremony was graced by the presence of HUDECO GROUP's leadership, including: Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Khac Dung – Board Member and General Director, along with Deputy General Directors: Mr. Le Phi Long, Mr. Nguyen Chi Toan, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quyen, and Ms. Duong Tran Thuy Lieu. With the scope of work including the construction of test piles and mass piles, within the expected time of nearly 6 months, HUDECO E&C commits to delivering superior construction quality, ensuring progress - safety - efficiency, contributing to the creation of an international standard resort amidst the beautiful nature of Ho Tram.
