On August 20, 2025, HSME solemnly organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eco Grand Land model rural residential area project – invested by Eco Grand Land Investment & Development Co., Ltd. HSME takes on the role of Technical Infrastructure Construction (electromechanical items) with an expected completion timeframe of 1 year.
Location: Gia Hiệp Commune, Di Linh District, Lam Dong Province.
Scale of over 46 hectares
Eco Grand Land aims to create a green – modern – synchronized urban area, a place that brings together a convenient living environment, connected to a civilized community with a variety of facilities. The project carries the mission of connecting transportation – harmonizing nature – enhancing the quality of life for residents of Di Linh and neighboring areas.
