HUDECO GROUP | INTERNAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING
As part of the new strategic direction led directly by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, HUDECO GROUP organized an internal training program for its leadership team – a crucial activity implemented immediately after high-level strategic meetings.
This is the third program following the Chairman of the Board's strategic working sessions, and also the beginning of a series of five ongoing internal training programs aimed at standardizing leadership capabilities and improving the quality of governance across the entire system.
The program involved all employees and leaders throughout the system, clearly demonstrating a commitment to improving the quality of human resources and working towards sustainable development.
Implemented in the form of a critical workshop, the program creates a space for multi-directional exchange, open discussion, and in-depth critique. Through this, leaders not only acquire knowledge but also directly analyze, evaluate, and propose practical solutions in management and operation.
