In December 2023, the Bid for Demolition of Existing Structures and Construction of a Fence was entrusted by the investor Keppel Land Watco to the contractor HUDECO.

In this bid, HUDECO is responsible for demolishing all existing structures on the nearly 10,000m2 land and constructing a 180m fence including advertising signs.

Regarding the demolition items, safety is the top priority factor. The special and also most challenging aspect is having to demolish a 40-year-old building, 5 stories high, located right next to the sidewalk in the bustling central area of the city. Meeting the strict safety requirements of the investor, along with the determination, carefulness, and seriousness of the BDH engineers, this difficult item has been successfully completed, ensuring the investor's expectations.

The project is expected to be completed in June 2024, completing this project will bring a clean image to the city's sidewalks and contribute to the urban renovation efforts in the central area of District 1.
