Sycamore project - package bids lot B9, B10.

HUDECO and Thủ Đức 1 Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company (TDC1) have completed the construction of test piles, pile load tests, and the fence for lots B9, B10 belonging to the Sycamore Project in Hòa Phú ward, Thủ Dầu Một city, Bình Dương province.

The Sycamore Bình Dương project is a strategic project of the CapitaLand group from Singapore, including: integrated projects, retail areas, integrated office areas, residential areas and housing, commercial areas, industrial zones, logistics blocks, and data centers. Notable for a total area of more than 18.9 hectares, including: 7 subdivisions of townhouses, villas, and apartments – 3,700 apartments and residences along with the largest shopping center in the region, green park areas, a system of schools at all levels, swimming pools, multi-purpose playgrounds,…

As part of the pile construction package for lots B9 - B10, HDC and TDC1 provide and construct 14 test pile centers, advertising sign fences, and over 45,000 m of PHC D600 piles (pile length from 30-40m) using the static pressing method. With the geology in the project area being quite complex, this is a major challenge for the contractor. With their experience, the contractor is committed to the investor to complete the project on time, ensuring the quality according to the specified technical requirements.

As of now, in mid-May 2024, HUDECO is preparing to start the mass pile construction work for the project.
