Project of construction and treatment of foundation by vacuum injection - Route R3

In February 2024, HUDECO Joint Stock Company was entrusted by the Investor, Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (part of THACO Group), to implement the construction of the R3 base treatment, part of the investment project to construct 04 main roads in the new urban area of Thu Thiem under a BT contract.

The investment project to construct 04 main roads in the new urban area of Thu Thiem under a BT contract, initiated by the investor Dai Quang Minh, is located in a prime position, connecting with the pedestrian walking path along the riverside of Thu Duc city, adjacent to the Thu Thiem church (a historical site).

This is an advantage as the executive board has many opportunities to promote the professional image of HUDECO more widely; however, it is also a challenge regarding rigor in solutions and labor safety measures.

With the determination and solidarity of the company's leadership team and executive board, the project is meeting the investor's expectations regarding safety, schedule, and quality.

The project is expected to conclude by the end of 2024. During this period, HUDECO aims to excellently complete the work, satisfying valued customers, partners, and potential investors, opening up many new opportunities and projects.
