SYCAMORE PROJECT - PACKAGE OF LOTS B9, B10.

HUDECO and Thu Duc 1 Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company (TDC1) have completed the construction of test piles, pile load tests and fences for lots B9 and B10 of the Sycamore Project in Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province.

Sycamore Binh Duong project is a strategic project of CapitaLand Group from Singapore including: integrated projects, retail areas, integrated office areas, residential and housing areas, commercial areas, industrial parks, logistics blocks and data centers. Outstanding with a total area of ​​more than 18.9 hectares, including: 7 subdivisions of townhouses, villas and apartments - 3,700 apartments and houses along with the largest commercial center in the region, green parks, school systems at all levels, swimming pools, multi-purpose playgrounds,...

Within the framework of the pile construction package at Lot B9 - B10, HDC and TDC1 provided and constructed 14 test pile centers, advertising sign fences and more than 45,000m of PHC D600 piles (pile length from 30-40m) using the static pressing method. With the geology in the project area being quite complex, this is a big challenge for the construction unit. With its experience, the Contractor commits to the investor to bring the project to its destination on schedule and ensure quality according to the proposed technical requirements.

As of mid-May 2024, HUDECO is preparing to begin mass pile construction of the project.
